[News] Drag Icon Peaches Christ & Filmmaker Michael Varrati Announce Cult Movie Podcast "Midnight Mass"!
A personal note before we get to the press release. As a queer person living in the middle of the country, LGBTQ+ hosted podcasts have provided me with a sense of community for the last 5-6 years and one of the first ones I glommed onto was Michael Varrati’s Dead For Filth podcast. Not only did it give me context and queer history, it gave me a voice in my car on my long commutes that told me I wasn’t alone. So this announcement is incredibly exciting to me.
That said, onto the news!
Gather round, fans of filth, fright, and film fanaticism, because cult leader & drag superstar Peaches Christ (All About Evil) is joining forces with filmmaker Michael Varrati (The Office is Mine, The Boulet Brothers Dragula) for Midnight Mass, a podcast event series devoted to the worship, investigation, and celebration of the cult films and icons that rocked our worlds and made us all “children of the popcorn.”
Available on Apple, Spotify, and wherever podcasts are found, Midnight Mass will feature in-depth interviews with the stars and filmmakers behind some of cinema’s most audacious movies, as well as the super fans who have kept the celebration going.

Produced by Joshua Grannell, Michael Varrati, and Heather Dunham for Peaches Christ Productions, Midnight Mass features original theme music from Andrew J. Ceperley (Narcos: Mexico), who has contributed scores to a number of queer horror projects.
